The Rep Experience

Reps who can check
their own math.

Reps keep shadow spreadsheets for one reason: they can't verify the official number. Commish gives every rep their own statement — gross, clawbacks, net, and the deals behind each — so trust stops being a feeling and starts being a login.

Their Numbers, Their View

A statement, not a mystery.

Each rep sees their own earnings and nothing else — enforced in the database, not just the interface. Every statement lists the deals on it, the component that paid each one, and downloads as a PDF for the filing cabinet (or the mortgage broker). Clawbacks appear with their reason attached, because a deduction without an explanation is how trust dies.

Close The Loop

Acknowledged, on the record.

Reps acknowledge their statements in the app, so “nobody told me” retires along with the shadow spreadsheet. Questions come in attached to the exact deal instead of as a Friday-afternoon dispute — better for reps, better for whoever used to spend that Friday defending a workbook.
